EXPANSION PROJECT WRAPS UP AT STEIN ERIKSEN LODGE

Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley in Park City will complete improvements including a new outdoor plaza space with fire pits and heated walk paths, as well as a 3,500-square-foot entertainment center featuring a variety of games, activities and casual food options in September. Also included in the project are a theater room to watch visual presentations or cinema movies; a family pool and expanded lounging area; and a coffee bar. Stein Eriksen Lodge is located midmountain at Deer Valley Resort. 

WESTGATE PARK CITY RESORT & SPA ADDS SPACES AND AMENITIES

A recently completed, multimillion-dollar renovation project at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa has resulted in a brand new outdoor event deck, coffee bar, banquet kitchen, executive boardroom and upgraded meeting space. The executive boardroom accommodates up to 20 and features stone accent walls, wood ceilings and cutting-edge technology, while the event deck holds up to 250 and offers fresh-off-thegrill menu options for groups and special events during summer months. Behind the scenes, a new modern banquet kitchen allows the resort to quickly and efficiently serve groups of more than 200. Westgate Park City Resort & Spa now offers more than 8,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.

EXPLORE PARK CITY WITH MINES & WINE

Fox School of Wine has introduced Mines & Wines in Park City, a three-hour tour that includes historic locations around Park City that are paired with wines. The excursion begins at Montage Deer Valley or Park City Museum where participants can enjoy a vintage sparkling wine made for the king and queen of Spain before climbing aboard a luxury vehicle for stops at the Ontario Mine, Miner’s Hospital, First National Bank on Main Street and the Red Light District. Light, paired snacks are included on the vehicle and costume props are provided. The tour is offered every Friday from mid-June to end of August and Saturday afternoons in the summer and winter. It’s also available for private bookings for groups of six or more. 

Snow Bear Chalets, the world’s first ski-in/ ski-out luxury treehouses, has completed its first year of welcoming groups and individual guests at Whitefish Mountain Resort with great success. The three tree - houses, situated alongside the slopes, sleep a total of 22 guests. The three-story Cedar Chalet is ideal for a retreat, sleeping 10 and featuring four bathrooms, a living room/ kitchen/dining area that seats 20, and a spacious outdoor deck with seating for 10.

 

Situated 20 minutes south of Livingston and less than 35 minutes from Yellowstone National Park, the new Sage Lodge in Pray features 50 guest rooms in the form of a 34-room lodge and four 2,800-square-foot cabins that sleep up to 16. Sage Lodge’s event facility, The Barn, includes the Yellowstone Room that can host receptions for up to 190 and three smaller breakout rooms with space for up to 30 each. The Barn’s indoor-to-outdoor design allows events to spill onto the Lodge Lawn and Yellowstone Lawn.

 

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole welcomed Emma Matilda, a 16-weekold Bernese mountain dog last May. She has been melting the hearts of guests, groups and staff ever since. Tillie is named after the wife of William O. Owen who was the first, along with three other climbers, to ascend to the summit of Grand Teton in 1898.
