• Imprint Events Group combines forces with Alpine Access to form new Colorado division

Imprint Events Group has joined forces with Alpine Access, a high-end boutique DMC with a strong reputation for serving the Colorado mountain resorts, to add  create a new Imprint Events Colorado Resorts division. 
 
Imprint, voted “Best DMC” and “Best Event Planning Company” by Colorado Meetings + Events magazine readers for the past two years, is headquartered in Denver, CO and has already provided destination management, entertainment and production services to clients in Colorado for nearly 50 years. Now, with the addition of Alpine Access, Imprint will have a full-time presence in the region and will provide the full array of DMC services to both new and existing clients visiting the mountains. This full-time staff will be able to better serve Imprint Group’s clients, hoteliers, and partners. 
 
Dawn Harker, founder of Alpine Access, will continue as a part of Imprint Events Colorado Resorts, leading sales and marketing efforts with a newly expanded team that is able to support Colorado mountain resorts that are looking for the creative and unique approach that Imprint provides.

Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has acquired seven new hotels. The new properties include the Hotel Alessandra in Houston, Texas, Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas, Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix in Phoenix, Ariz., as well as the following properties in Denver: Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek, The Maven Hotel at Dairy Block, The Crawford Hotel – Denver Union Station, and The Oxford Hotel. 

 

KDG Capital, a Florida-based real estate private equity firm, purchased the Snow King Resort Hotel in Jackson, Wyoming, located at the foot of Snow King Mountain in the Grand Teton mountains. Snow King Resort Hotel is part of Benchmark’s signature Benchmark Resorts & Hotels brand, and Benchmark will continue to operate and market the 230-room property.

 

Amber Brask has been named the general manager of Montana’s historic 320 Guest Ranch. The daughter of the ranch owner, Brask takes charge of the historic property as the property's third female general manager since the ranch was founded in 1898.
