KDG Capital, a Florida-based real estate private equity firm, purchased the Snow King Resort Hotel in Jackson, Wyoming, located at the foot of Snow King Mountain in the Grand Teton mountains. Snow King Resort Hotel is part of Benchmark’s signature Benchmark Resorts & Hotels brand, and Benchmark will continue to operate and market the 230-room property.

“We are very pleased and proud to continue our management of Snow King Resort Hotel, and excited to be working with KDG Capital on this venture,” says Benchmark’s CEO Alex Cabañas. “The resort holds a special place in the community and is an excellent example of our commitment to experiential travel.”

Snow King and the surrounding area offer a variety of all-season culinary, cultural and shopping experiences as well as outdoor adventures that span mountaineering, dog sledding, tandem flights, fishing and skiing. Snow King has its own ski lift, instructors and equipment rentals, and facilities for après ski. The resort also offers the only night skiing in Jackson Hole.

The Snow King Resort Hotel offers 230 guest rooms and suites and condos for vacation rentals and 10,000-square-feet of meeting and event space is available for conferences, business meetings, special events and weddings. The resort’s Hayden’s Post Restaurant offers fine dining and mountain views. For more casual fare, the Hayden’s Post Bar and Kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other resort facilities include a spa, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a shuttle service to Jackson Hole Airport and other ski areas.
