Westgate Park City Resort & Spa recently completed a multimillion dollar renovation project to better serve and facilitate group meetings and events.

The project included a new outdoor event deck, upgraded meeting space, coffee bar, banquet kitchen and executive boardroom.

The executive boardroom has stone accent walls and wood ceiling finishes, both of which are inspired by the resorts mountain backdrop.

The new event deck can accommodate up to 250 people and offers a space for hosting meetings, cocktail functions and wedding ceremonies.

The banquet kitchen allows the resort to quickly serve groups of more than 200 people from a menu that has many different choices.

With the new upgrades and facilities that already exist, Westgate Park City Resort & Spa now offers more than 8,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.

An hour drive from Yellowstone National Park, The Wilson Hotel Big Sky Residence Inn has recently become the first major hotel in Big Sky, Montana.  

Named after Wilson Peak—one of the most prominent peaks overlooking Big Sky—this hotel has 129 rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, a shuttle service to nearby ski lifts, on-site bike rentals, and 3,000 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate up to 190 people.  

 

Aventri, a leader in events management software (EMS), recently released ‘The Top 100 Meeting and Event Venues in the United States’ for 2019. The company took the ten top-rated meeting and event cities in the United States and picked the top ten venues in each area, compiling a list of 100 highly-regarded spaces. 

The guide identifies the two most valuable factors in attendee satisfaction as venue location and activities in the host city, followed by capacity, uniqueness and proximity to local attractions.
